A business woman and former banker with Bank for Housing and Constructions with over 20 years in real estate’s development. She has sat on several committees in the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, General Assembly, Ga Presbytery and the local levels. Bernice oversees the entire operations of the company, leading the team in the acquisition of properties and most negotiations.
Mr. Robert Awuku – Technical Director
Prior to joining El-Virtues Construction, Robert worked as a 3rd Engineer at West Africa Offshore Services. A marine engineer by profession, Robert leverages the analytical skills of engineers in ensuring projects are delivered to specification.
Mr. Clarence Aryeequaye – Projects and Operations Manager
Clarence holds a BSc in Geological Engineering, an MSc in Project Management, Finance and Risk as well as an MBA in Petroleum Economics and Finance. Clarence manages the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring project schedules are adhered to as well as providing support to the CEO and Technical Director.
